Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Lead Full Stack Developer based in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of scalable web and mobile applications. Tasks include designing server-side architecture and APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring application responsiveness, and maintaining code quality through testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices. Additionally, the Lead Full Stack Developer will mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making to align with the company’s mission of delivering cutting-edge travel technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS frameworks such as React.js or Angular.js.
- Proficiency in back-end programming languages like Node.js, PHP (Laravel)along with expertise in building robust APIs and microservices.
- Experience in working with databases, both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of version control systems like Git and deployment pipelines involving CI/CD.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems with excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven experience in leading development teams, mentoring team members, and managing project timelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in SaaS platforms or travel technology is a plus.
- Eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them in a pragmatic manner.
