We are looking for a
Lead Frontend Developer to drive frontend architecture, lead UI development initiatives, and build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires strong technical expertise along with team leadership experience to mentor developers and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Backend, and DevOps teams.
Requirements
- Lead the frontend architecture and development of scalable web applications using React & TypeScript
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code using JavaScript (ES6+)
- Drive UI/UX implementation aligned with responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Implement robust state management solutions
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
- Build and enhance Progressive Web Applications (PWA)
- Integrate APIs and third-party services including Firebase
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices
- Manage version control workflows (Git-based)
- Mentor junior developers and lead sprint planning from a frontend perspective
- Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams for seamless delivery
