Join the Founder’s Office
As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a high-agency operator to work directly with the Founder on high-impact initiatives across the business.
What You’ll Work On
• Driving key strategic initiatives across functions
• Building and scaling 0→1 projects and special initiatives
• Solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems that don’t fit neatly into conventional roles
• Working closely with leadership to improve execution velocity and decision-making
Who We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, founder’s office, strategy, or high-growth startup environments
• Strong first-principles thinking and business judgment
• Ability to independently drive execution with high ownership
• Clear communication, structured problem-solving, and a bias for action
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
