Why This Role -
This role is central to how Vetic scales over the next phase of growth. As we expand our clinic network and deepen our service offerings, the business requires strong financial visibility, sharper planning, and disciplined execution. You will be responsible for building and strengthening the planning backbone of the organisation—ensuring that leadership has a clear view of performance, risks, and opportunities at all times. Your work will directly influence how capital is allocated, how efficiently new clinics ramp up, and how sustainably the business grows. Beyond reporting, the expectation is to challenge assumptions, highlight inefficiencies, and bring a data-backed perspective to key decisions. You will play a critical role in improving unit economics, driving accountability across teams, and enabling faster, more informed decision-making. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to move beyond numbers into shaping outcomes at a company level.
What You’ll Do:
● You will own and evolve the FP&A charter at Vetic, including but not limited to:
-Driving end-to-end MIS reporting with clear narratives on business performance
-Building and owning annual operating plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts
-Deep-diving into variance analysis and translating deviations into actionable insights
-Partnering with business, operations, and category teams to improve cost structures and unit economics.
-Creating financial models for new clinic launches, expansion decisions, and strategic initiatives
-Supporting leadership with scenario planning and decision-making frameworks
-Bringing structure to financial data, dashboards, and reporting cadence across the organisation.
-Identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements across financial workflows.
Requirements:
-Driving end-to-end MIS reporting with clear narratives on business performance
-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
-3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A / Business Finance
-Strong grip on budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial modeling
-Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions
-High ownership, sharp problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity
-Prior experience in a high-growth startup, consumer, healthcare, or multi-unit business is preferred.
