- DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Invoice Verification & Consumption Management
• Audit and validate supplier invoices including time & material, milestones, credits, and expenses; perform 3-way match (PO – contract – invoice) for base, variable, and project charges
• Verify ARC/RRC and consumption data; produce reconciliation findings and resolve disputes with the supplier
• Identify duplicate billing, volume and pricing discrepancies; ensure invoice accuracy based on contract before recommending payment release
• Recommend invoices for payment processing so that invoice payment SLAs are adhered to 4.2 Pricing,
Budget & Financial Reporting
• Maintain and update pricing tables and rate cards; ensure data integrity and timely upload into the governance tool
• Prepare monthly Invoice & Consumption Analysis Reports with financial insights for client stakeholders
• Manage budget vs. actuals variance reporting, forecasts, and accruals for the outsourcing portfolio
• Publish periodic reports including outstanding payment reports; monitor the governance mailbox and track queries through to resolution
4.3 Value Protection & Commercial Support
• Administer service credits and earn-backs in coordination with the performance and contract management towers
• Validate savings and business-case realization; maintain the cost avoidance & savings tracker
• Assess the financial impact of change requests, new SOWs, and scope changes as part of change control
• Support benchmarking exercises, rate reviews, and renewal / renegotiation analysis; provide insights on improvement opportunities and root causes for process gaps

6. IDEAL PROFILE
The right person combines an accountant's discipline with a negotiator's skepticism - someone who reads rate cards for a living, spots the anomaly in row 4,000 of a consumption file, and can explain it to a CFO in two sentences.
Screening Criteria -
Must Have
• 5-7 years in the outsourcing industry (IT, ITeS, BPO) in financial management areas
• Direct invoice validation / invoice management experience against contractual terms
• Working knowledge of outsourcing pricing models (FTE, transaction, fixed-fee, outcome-based)
• Advanced Excel - formulas, functions, and financial modelling
• Team-handling / supervisory experience
Nice to Have
• ARC/RRC and consumption-based commercial model experience
• MBA / CA / CMA qualification • Contract management or accounts payable exposure
• Power BI or similar reporting tools; VMO / governance environment experience
Professional Experience
• 5-7 years of experience in the outsourcing industry (IT, ITeS, BPO) working in financial management areas
• Must have invoice management and validation exposure; experience with ARC/RRC and consumptionbased commercial models strongly preferred
• Experience in contract management and accounts payable an added advantage
• Team leadership or supervisory experience; experience in a governance / VMO environment preferred • Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field from a reputed institute; MBA / CA / CMA an advantage
Skills & Capabilities
• Excellent knowledge of Excel - formulas, functions, and financial modelling; reporting/BI tools (Power BI) an advantage
• Strong understanding of outsourcing pricing models - FTE-based, transaction-based, fixed-fee, and outcome-based
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail

7. REPORTING STRUCTURE Reports To Peer Collaboration Governance Lead, . Works within the steady-state governance team on a large global client engagement.
Client-Facing Title Coordinates daily with the performance management, contract management, and transformation & innovation tower leads, and with client finance and service provider billing teams. Financial Management Lead, Neo Group. Engages client stakeholders as the authority on outsourcing contract financials.
