Your impact
In this role you will be responsible for design management and Field Engineering Support at site, The role will be instrumental in collaborating with project management, engineering and design technical leaders. Support in the resolution of engineering and construction issues.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Construction Coordination
Coordinate construction work planning, packaging, and material management.
Validate material quantities and address constructability challenges.
Coordinates with design on constructability issues
Coordinate availability of construction contractor, material and equipment as per project work progress
Support in the resolution of engineering and construction issues
Provide any additional engineering information required to support construction at site
- Technical Review & Approval
Issue design documents to maintain construction progress.
Coordinate updates in design documents as per site modifications
Coordinate with construction team to ensure construction activities adhere to engineering designs and specifications.
Address field technical queries by preparing, submitting, and following up on RFIs.
Provide technical guidance to field personnel and contractors on design document interpretation.
Assist QA/QC and Project Controls in verifying compliance with technical requirements.
Provide technical input and review for all Field Change Notices, Non-Conformance reports, and RFI reports.
Here's what you'll need
Graduate in Engineering in Electrical with 15 to 20 years in a leading position including working in PMC /EPCM role. Candidates from Consultancy background would be preferred. Alternatively experience with large EPC contractors. Must be very good in written and verbal communication with leadership skill.
