Cascade Headway Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a smart and active Lead Manager to handle incoming leads and manage first-level communication with clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers in multiple languages.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of experience in lead handling, customer support, telecalling, or sales coordination.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hindi and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond to leads quickly and professionally.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming leads and client inquiries.
- Communicate with clients through calls, messages, and emails.
- Qualify and assign leads to the concerned team.
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records.
- Ensure smooth first-level customer interaction and support.
Preferred Candidate:
- Energetic and confident communicator.
- Good team player with a professional attitude.
- Able to manage multiple leads efficiently.
