Job Description – Lead Engineer - SCADA/ Communication Network

About The Opportunity
Based at Site which is located about 70 Kms from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This is for a critical Marine Infrastructure Project for a government client.
Reporting will be to Chief Resident Engineer/ Resident Engineer – Electrical and Mechanical Systems.
Overseeing and directing execution of all works (including Commissioning and Handing Over activities) related to SCADA/ Communication Network which includes CCTV, Public Address System, Linear Heat Detection System, Fire Alarm System, Campus Area Network etc.
Responsible for overall execution Planning, vendor design review, Coordination, Integration of all works related to SCADA/ Communication Network, to ensure compliance with Project budget and timelines.
Responsible to maintain effective and close coordination with different stakeholders, including the Client, Contractors etc.
Review and advise approval for technical submittals, method statements, certification of contractor payments.
Responsible for ensuring strict compliance with regulations laid down for Safety, Quality, Cybersecurity and access-control Protocols, for all works related to SCADA/ Communication Network.
Coordinate all Governance/ Reporting activities (including Presentations and different Reports) for all works related to SCADA/ Communication Network.
Here's what you'll need
About You
Graduate in Instrumentation Engineering with 15–20 years of experience in execution of SCADA, PLC, Automation, Instrumentation and Communication Network Systems.
Must have executed complex Infrastructure / Industrial projects involving SCADA, Automation, Instrumentation and Communication Network Systems.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication (written and verbal) skills, with ability to work in restricted‑access and multi‑stakeholder environments.
Must demonstrate high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and discipline.
