We're Hiring: Lead Engineer (LLM + Java + Large-Scale Data)

AI Powered Online Reputation Management Platform
We are building, an AI-driven platform designed to monitor, analyze, and repair online reputation at scale. Our system processes large volumes of search engine data, web content, and customer sentiment signals to help companies protect and improve their digital presence.
As we expand our engineering team, we are looking for a Lead Developer with strong expertise in Java, Large Data Processing, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to help us build the next generation of AI-powered reputation intelligence systems.
Role Overview
You will work closely with the founder and product team to design and build high-scale backend systems that process massive data streams from search engines, news sites, and social platforms. You will also help integrate LLM-based intelligence and agentic workflows into the platform.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building AI systems that operate on real-world web-scale data.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
• Build pipelines to process large volumes of search engine and web data
• Integrate LLM-based workflows for text analysis, content generation, and automation
• Develop AI-powered modules such as sentiment analysis, topic detection, and reputation scoring
• Implement agentic AI workflows that automate tasks like content creation and reputation monitoring
• Optimize system performance for high-throughput data processing
• Work with data stores such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/Apache Solr, and Redis
• Design APIs and microservices for AI-driven r analytics
Required Skills
• 6+ years of experience in backend development with Java
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservice architecture
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI or open-source models
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and system design
• Experience with REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and async processing
• Familiarity with vector databases or embeddings-based search is a plus
• Experience working with AI/NLP pipelines or ML-based systems
