Dear Candidate,
We are hiring for Lead Engineer for Control & Relay Panel Engineering for Grid Automation Business of Hitachi Energy.
- Role: Lead a team of design Engineers for Protection & Control Panel Engineering in High Voltage, Extra High Voltage and Ultra High Voltage Transmission Substations.
- Experience: Shall have minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team of design engineers

- Strong communication skill
- Robust Knowledge in Power System Network ; Protection ,Control & Substation Automation domain
Job description:
- Contract Specification assessment(requirements, deviations, risks , opportunities)
- Base design with all necessary concepts (cost effective solutions based on customer contract specification and technical offer
- Lead technical resolution of solutions with customers and translating customer requirements into solutions of Hitachi
- Active management of technical changes ,risks & claims
- Supporting bid & proposal to find solutions which meets the functional requirement of the customer and be competitive in the market
- Leading CRP drawing standardization and solution optimization activities for set of customers.
