C# Lead Software Developer

We are seeking a
C# Lead Software Developer with deep expertise in designing and developing complex, high-performance software systems. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for development excellence, technical leadership, and building innovative solutions in regulated environments such as the medical device industry.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions in the team.
- Create and maintain technical specifications and design documents.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams on best practices in architecture, design, and secure coding.
- Analyze complex requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, and maintainable software designs.
- Stay current with modern C# standards and industry trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in C# software development.
- Strong expertise in C# and object-oriented design.
- In-depth knowledge of software patterns (e.g., Singletons, Inversion of Control, MVVM).
- Familiarity with tools like Git, CMake, static code analyzers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding secure coding practices and software development lifecycles in regulated environments.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical device software development or other regulated industries (e.g.,
automotive, aerospace, healthcare).
- Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971, or similar regulatory standards is a strong plus.
