Responsibilities
- Research and develop AI agents for autonomous security testing and security assessment.
- Design agent workflows for reconnaissance, vulnerability discovery, exploitation validation, and security reporting.
- Build systems that can reason about attack paths, prioritize findings, and reduce false positives.
- Combine LLMs, security tools, and custom automation to create intelligent security workflows.
- Develop backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure supporting autonomous security agents.
- Continuously improve agent capabilities through evaluation, testing, and real-world security scenarios.
- Research emerging techniques in AI security, offensive security, and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with security researchers and engineers to translate expert security knowledge into AI-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong development skills with experience building production-grade software systems.
- Strong understanding of offensive security and penetration testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with web application security, API security, and vulnerability research.
- Ability to understand attacker behavior, exploit chains, and real-world attack scenarios.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience building AI/LLM applications, agents, or intelligent automation systems.
- Understanding of LLM concepts including tool calling, RAG, memory systems, and agent orchestration.
- Ability to design systems that combine AI reasoning with security tooling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a penetration tester, security researcher, bug bounty hunter, or red team engineer.
- Experience with building and maintaining security tools
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience evaluating and improving AI agent performance.
