  • Develop healthy relationships with customers.
  • Drive the weekly, monthly & Quarterly meetings with customer.
  • Responsible for the team deliverables (OTD & Quality (FPY))
  • Critical & Crucial projects be in ground and perform the reviews of the deliverables.
  • Identify the team capability gaps and work on the improvement actions.
  • Make sure all the deliverables are reviewed, and the errors are captured appropriately.
  • Perform RCA on the Errors identified during the technical review, work to close those gaps.
  • Understand the customer requirements and onboard the right talents to deliver the project whenever required.
  • Weekly connect with the SAG leader to review the team Productivity and the delivery milestones.
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives.
  • Develop standards and procedures enhance the checklist based on the need.
  • Drive standup meeting to monitor the efficiency of the team.
