Driving product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Dynamics 365 CE, with a strong focus on Field Service and Customer Service. Experienced in translating business needs into secure, high‑performing CE solutions aligned to enterprise customer engagement strategies.
🔹 Own CE product strategy, backlog, and roadmap
🔹 Lead integrations across CE, F&O, Dataverse, Dual Write & ISVs
🔹 Champion Power Platform & Microsoft Fabric for automation and analytics
🔹 Manage releases, CI/CD, DevOps & PPAC environments
🔹 Partner with stakeholders, dealers, and vendors to drive adoption
🔹 Strong in Agile delivery, testing (UAT/SIT), change management & training
💡 Passionate about improving service outcomes, dealer operations, and customer experience through modern Microsoft technologies, data, and AI.
