Job Requirements
We are looking for an Analog Layout Engineer to design and develop layout for analog and mixed-signal circuits. The candidate will work closely with circuit designers to deliver high-quality, DRC/LVS clean layouts for silicon tapeout.
Key Responsibilities
Create layout for analog blocks such as current mirrors, differential pairs, LDO, PLL, ADC, etc.
Perform DRC, LVS, and PEX verification.
Ensure proper device matching, symmetry, and layout techniques.
Work with circuit designers to meet performance and area targets.
Support tapeout activities.
Required Skills
Good understanding of analog circuits and MOSFET fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with layout tools like Cadence Virtuoso.
Knowledge of DRC, LVS, and parasitic extraction.
Understanding of matching techniques and layout best practices.
Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in ECE, Electrical, or related field.
Preferred
Experience in FinFET / advanced nodes.
Exposure to mixed-signal layout.
