Team Lead – AI Projects (.NET Core & SQL Server) 2+ years of experience in technical/team leadership roles
Team Lead – AI Projects to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI-enabled applications using .NET Core, SQL Server, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in backend technologies along with experience in integrating AI/ML or Generative AI solutions into enterprise systems.
The role involves leading a team of developers, driving architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers working on AI-driven enterprise applications.
- Design and develop scalable backend systems using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Architect and implement Microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs.
- Integrate AI/ML/Generative AI services into enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams for successful project delivery.
- Drive technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Ensure application scalability, performance optimization, security, and reliability.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and complex queries.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Monitor project timelines, sprint planning, estimations, and delivery commitments.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
