Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven **Lead Engagement Executive** who will own the initial stages of our sales funnel — from lead capture to meaningful engagement.
This role is critical in ensuring that every potential customer experiences a fast, structured, and value-driven interaction with Breathe4School.
Key Responsibilities
Leads Capture + First Contact
* Monitor and capture leads from multiple sources (website, ads, WhatsApp, calls, etc.)
* Ensure **quick first response time** (calls/messages/emails)
* Qualify leads based on basic criteria (school type, size, requirement)
* Maintain accurate lead data in CRM/system
* Assign or route leads to the sales/demo team when required
Lead Engagement
* Initiate conversations via call, WhatsApp, or email
* Understand customer pain points and explain relevant solutions
* Share product information, videos, or demo links
* Follow up consistently to keep leads warm and engaged
* Handle basic queries and objections effectively
* Schedule demos or next steps with the sales team
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong communication skills (Hindi + English required)
* Comfortable with calls and WhatsApp-based communication
* Basic understanding of sales funnels / lead lifecycle
* CRM handling experience is a plus
* Self-driven, organized, and responsive
* Prior experience in EdTech / SaaS / Inside Sales is preferred
