Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Employee Relations role based in Bengaluru South. The individual will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations, and supporting management in resolving disputes. As a key liaison between employees and management, the role involves implementing employee engagement initiatives, conducting investigations, handling disciplinary actions, and providing consultation on workplace policies. The position requires proactive collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a healthy, productive, and compliant organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and employee relations principles.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing disciplinary processes.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate reports and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience in a similar role and familiarity with HR best practices is highly desirable.
