Position: Electrical Lead Engineer
📍 Location: Kamrej, Gujarat
🕒 Experience: 10+ Years
Preferred Industry Experience
- Solar Cell Manufacturing
- Industrial / Infrastructure Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering and execution activities for manufacturing and infrastructure projects
- Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Manage HT/LT systems, substations, transformers, panels, and utility coordination
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in handling large-scale industrial electrical systems
- Strong technical, leadership, and project management capabilities
- Experience in solar manufacturing environments will be highly preferred
