Key Responsibilities✔️ Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications
✔️ Architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
✔️ Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements
✔️ Drive code quality, reviews, and technical standards across projects
✔️ Work on REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and system integrations
✔️ Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
✔️ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning

Required Skills & Experience✔️ 7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development
✔️ Strong expertise in ASP.NET / .NET Core / C#
✔️ Experience with Web APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems
✔️ Good understanding of SQL Server or other RDBMS
✔️ Experience with Azure / AWS cloud platforms is a plus
✔️ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
✔️ Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
