Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled .NET professional with strong application development experience and exposure to production support activities. The ideal candidate should have expertise in L3 support, issue troubleshooting, and debugging while ensuring application stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using .NET technologies
• Provide L3 production support and troubleshoot complex application issues
• Analyze, debug, and resolve production tickets effectively
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance activities
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and availability
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET application development (Mandatory)
• Should have strong Azure experience and API configurations [ mandatory]
• Experience in Production Support (Secondary)
• Hands-on experience in L3 support activities
• Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills
Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to SaaS applications
• Experience in server administration and configuration (IIS / Web Servers / Application Servers)
• Experience in Active Directory (AD) configuration and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
