Project description

Development and Production Support for Embedded Finance’s Money Movement and Account Systems.

Requirements for the candidate

.NET development background

Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes with Microsoft .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server), Azure services (API Management, Azure SQL, AKS, and Cosmos DB, Rabbit MQ)

Has experience in Cloud Design Patterns and can come up with Detailed Designs for new applications/modules

Strong background in object-oriented development techniques

Write clean, testable code and adhere to coding standards

Operate in an AI driven SDLC environment:

Translate stakeholder conversations into structured specifications using AI copilots.

Collaborate with generative AI to iterate on user flows, interfaces, and architectures.

Pair program with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to write, refactor, and test code in real-time.

Write, test and produce production grade code in financial services without relying on testing by other groups

Implement intelligent testing frameworks that auto-generate test cases, predict bugs, and enable self-healing.

Leverage code assistants and go through large code bases, identify opportunities and make changes.

Self-motivated professionals with .Net, Azure (preferable), QA testing (at least with Postman), SQL (NoSQL a bonus), experience with application monitoring (Slack, AppDynamics, Datadog, etc)

Responsibilities :

Deliver quality code every milestone.

Support releases when it happens in India time

Production incident support during India hours and transition to US

Lead level responsibilities:

Interface with US stakeholders and India team

Be the POC for any escalations from US

Responsible and accountable for ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries, not only from themselves but also from the offshore team

Experience in AI assisted coding is another bonus
