Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Dotnet Developer located in Gurugram. The candidate will lead software development initiatives using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC, applying best practices in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modern software development methodologies. Day-to-day tasks include designing, coding, debugging, and optimizing software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications aligned with project goals. The role also involves providing technical mentorship to junior developers and ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core Programming principles
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development and .NET Core frameworks
• 5+ years of hands-on expertise with ASP.NET, Dotnet core, MVC, SQL for building scalable web applications
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple development tasks efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in CRM-based solutions is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
