Lead Digital Transformation
Job Description
The Lead Digital Transformation in the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) Office is responsible for the execution of transformation projects & running SC analytics, providing strategic support, operational coordination and project management expertise to the GSCM head and the broader leadership team of global supply chain. This position plays a crucial role in the process & digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the GSCM office and driving the execution of key initiatives and priorities.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the functional heads to develop and execute the strategic vision and goals of the organization. Provide guidance and support in aligning business strategies with operational activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and monitoring progress towards key objectives.
- Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive effective project governance.
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chain projects including but not limited to cost improvement drives, spend analytics, demand / supply planning, S&OP’s design, KPI dash boarding, L&D initiatives in consultation with GSCM leadership team.
- Act as a business translator between the GSCM & various other functions like IT, HR, Finance etc. for communicating the requirements and create solutions for the problems
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to track progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for the GSCM head and leadership team, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by developing change management strategies, communication plans, and training materials. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of changes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, clients, and partners. Represent the COO and the organization in meetings, conferences, and events as required.
