2. Job Description
AAFM India is looking for a Head – Digital Marketing to lead and scale its digital growth strategy across certifications, executive programs, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
The role will be responsible for driving lead generation, digital brand positioning, and performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while building a high-performing digital marketing ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, marketing automation, lead funnels, analytics, and digital brand building, preferably within education, fintech, or BFSI sectors.

3. Key Responsibility Areas
Digital Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with AAFM India's growth objectives.
Build scalable lead generation funnels for certification programs and executive education.
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Drive qualified leads, conversions, and cost-efficient acquisition strategies.
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
Design lead nurturing workflows integrated with CRM platforms (such as Meritto or similar systems).
Implement email marketing, retargeting, and marketing automation journeys.
Content & Thought Leadership
Build strong digital presence for AAFM through LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, podcasts, and knowledge content.
Collaborate with leadership to amplify industry insights and brand authority.
Website & Conversion Optimization
Oversee website performance, SEO strategy, and landing page optimization.
Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and funnel optimization.
Analytics & Reporting
Track key metrics including lead quality, CAC, ROI, and conversion performance.
Build dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing impact.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team including performance marketers, designers, and content specialists.
Coordinate with internal teams across academics, alliances, and events.

4. Qualifications
Education
MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Management.
Experience
8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in education, fintech, BFSI, ed-tech, or certification businesses will be preferred.
Skills
Strong expertise in performance marketing and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and marketing analytics.
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and funnel optimization.
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and growth strategies.
