Position Title: Lead – Digital Learning Academy

Purpose of the Role
The Lead – Digital Learning will drive the organization’s digital learning strategy, enhance learner experience, and build scalable learning ecosystems aligned with business priorities across JSW Group. The role will focus on designing, deploying, and governing digital learning initiatives while enabling adoption of modern learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Learning Strategy
- Conduct training needs analysis in alignment with stakeholders across businesses and locations.
- Develop and execute the organization’s digital learning strategy based on capability needs.
- Align learning initiatives with business goals and workforce development priorities.
- Create frameworks and roadmaps for implementation and adoption of digital learning tools and platforms.
- Drive leadership engagement and change management for digital learning adoption.
Learning Design and Programs
- Design and implement engaging self-paced learning journeys for various employee groups.
- Oversee development of learning modules including classroom programs, e-learning, microlearning, videos, and blended learning formats.
- Incorporate modern learning approaches such as gamification, social learning, and AI-driven personalization.
- Work closely with e-learning partners, designers, developers, and LMS administrators.
Technology and Platforms
- Lead implementation, optimization, and governance of LMS and LXP platforms.
- Manage end-to-end LMS administration including course creation, learning content management, and reporting.
- Evaluate and onboard new learning technologies, AI-based tools, and digital content platforms.
- Ensure integration of learning platforms with HRMS and other enterprise systems.
- Coordinate with vendors to deliver course content in formats such as SCORM and xAPI compatible with LMS requirements.
Data and Analytics
- Track learning effectiveness using dashboards and performance metrics.
- Analyze learner data to improve engagement and program outcomes.
- Present insights, impact reports, and ROI of learning initiatives to leadership.
- Continuously improve utilization and user experience of digital learning platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with HR leaders, business heads, and learning SPOCs across group companies.
- Manage vendor relationships and digital learning partnerships.
- Support organization-wide learning transformation initiatives through communication and branding campaigns.
Decision Making Authority
- Prioritize digital learning interventions based on business impact.
- Establish governance frameworks and standards for digital learning content and platforms.
Education And Experience
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in HR, preferably with exposure to Learning and Development.
- 5–8 years of experience in learning roles with focus on digital learning.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning technologies, and adult learning principles.
- Instructional design or curriculum development certifications preferred.
