Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineering Lead with strong technical expertise and customer-facing experience. The role will work with enterprise customers to design and implement DevOps platforms, cloud infrastructure automation, and modern platform engineering solutions. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with customer leadership and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Engage with customer leadership (CIO / CTO / Engineering Leaders)
Understand customer architecture and operational challenges
Propose DevOps, automation, and platform engineering solutions
DevOps Platform Engineering
Design And Implement
CI/CD pipelines
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Kubernetes platforms
Cloud-native architectures
Observability solutions
Tools & Technologies: Strong experience with modern
DevOps and platform engineering tools, including
Git, GitHub, and GitLab for version control, and
Jenkins or ArgoCD for CI/CD pipeline implementation. Hands-on experience with
Kubernetes and
Helm for container orchestration and application deployment. Proficiency in
infrastructure automation using tools such as
Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. Familiarity with
observability and monitoring platforms like
Prometheus and Grafana to enable effective system monitoring and operational visibility.
Cloud Platforms
Strong experience in AWS & Azure (Mult iCloud would be plus)
Experience with multi-cloud environments is a plus
Key Expectations
Strong hands-on DevOps and platform engineering expertise
Ability to work directly with enterprise customers
Good communication and solutioning skills
Experience leading DevOps or platform initiatives
