The
Lead Developer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and providing technical oversight of UFCW’s web-based application portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep full-stack experience, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a small, mission-driven organization. The incumbent must be comfortable inheriting systems, making and defending technical decisions, and working directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
