Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Developer role, located in Vadodara. The Lead Developer will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. Daily tasks include designing, coding, reviewing, and testing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the architecture and technical decisions to align with strategic goals. The role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to driving innovation in behavioral health technology.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full Stack Development, including knowledge of front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, version control systems, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to design robust, scalable, and high-performance systems.
- Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software code.
- Effective team leadership, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and emerging technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
