𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer – Process Automations to design, develop, and deliver scalable Python-based automation solutions. The role involves working as a key contributor within the Python Automation Centre of Excellence (COE), owning end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and development standards.

This position requires strong hands-on development capability along with the ability to collaborate across global stakeholders in a shared services environment.

𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

• Own and be accountable for the successful delivery of process automation solutions as per the defined book of work

• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of automation initiatives

• Support simplification and standardization of global business processes through automation

• Ensure adherence to development, security, and change management processes

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Act as a key member of the Python Automation COE, contributing to design and deployment of custom automation solutions

• Develop automation solutions using Python, aligned with enterprise architecture and approved technology stack

• Build and maintain RESTful services and integrations

• Create and execute test scripts, including integration, performance, and security testing

• Perform static code analysis and security vulnerability testing using tools like SonarCloud / SonarQube

• Ensure version control and code reusability using enterprise repositories

• Follow Agile software development methodologies

• Collaborate with and influence stakeholders across multiple geographies

• Adhere strictly to organizational policies related to SDLC, deployment, and change management

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Python-based automation solutions

• Experience working in a technology organization within a shared services delivery model

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline

• Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Proven ability to work as an individual contributor while influencing broader teams

• Experience engaging and collaborating with global stakeholders

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Barriers to Success (Awareness Areas)

• Insufficient depth in Python automation and system integration

• Lack of process improvement mindset

Poor stakeholder communication or inability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Working Model

Onsite role with 0–25% flexibility, depending on project phase and offshore/onshore collaboration requirements
