๐จ We're hiring a Design Lead for one of Chennai's most recognised real estate brands โ Casagrand.
Not looking for someone who just executes briefs. Looking for someone who leads with vision, mentors a team, and creates work that turns heads.
๐ Location: Chennai (on-site, full-time) ๐ผ Experience: 10+ years ๐ฐ CTC: โน15โ25 LPA ๐ Portfolio mandatory โ no exceptions
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ:
โ Visual storytelling across print, digital, social, video & OOH
โ Concept development & campaign direction end to end
โ Lead and mentor a team of designers & visualisers
โ Collaborate with writers, strategists & marketing teams
โ Champion brand quality โ every piece must be on-brief
โ Leverage AI design tools โ Midjourney, DALLยทE, Firefly
๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐:
โ 10+ years in creative agencies or in-house brand teams
โ Mastery of Adobe CC & Figma
โ Proven experience leading & mentoring designers
โ Strong conceptual thinking with pixel-perfect execution
โ Portfolio that proves your craft โ mandatory
โ Real estate or agency experience = strong advantage
