Role Description
This is a full-time contract, remote Lead Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Lead Designer will oversee and execute creative design strategies that enhance user experiences and align with Swiggy's brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of designers, conceptualizing and implementing innovative design solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring design consistency across all platforms. The Lead Designer will play a critical role in mentoring junior team members and driving creative excellence.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Visual Design, graphic design and proficiency in UI/UX Design
- Strong knowledge of Design Software, including Figma,
Adobe Creative Suite
- or similar tools
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance creativity with user-centric design principles
- Prior experience in a lead design role; experience in the tech or food delivery sector is a plus
