Senior Lead - Design (Jewellery Industry)
Location: Mumbai (Kandivali East)
Role Type: Leadership | Strategic + Hands-on
We are looking for a creative and commercially driven jewellery design leader who can:
Lead and mentor the design team
Develop trend-driven, market-ready jewellery collections
Drive end-to-end collection execution from concept to final product
Collaborate with manufacturing, merchandising, and business teams
Bring innovation through new materials, techniques, and design approaches
Balance creativity with profitability and business growth
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in Jewellery & Diamond design leadership
Strong understanding of end-to-end jewellery manufacturing processes
Expertise in concept development, mood boards & design presentations
Commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
Qualification:
NIFT alumni preferred (Senior / experienced batch candidates only)
Degree in Jewellery Design or related field preferred
