Role OverviewWe are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team on-site in Surat. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with strategic thinking and leadership ability.
You will lead the end-to-end design process-from concept to final implementation-ensuring intuitive, high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the complete UI/UX design lifecycle
- Design intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable designs
- Maintain consistency across brand and product design systems
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and design tools
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong expertise in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual design principles
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage a design team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in fintech or stock market-related products
- Understanding of trading platforms, dashboards, or financial tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
