About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Lead & Demand Generation Manager to build and scale our US client acquisition pipeline for ITeS/BPO services. This role requires strong expertise in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, ABM, and full-funnel lead lifecycle management (MQL → SQL) while working closely with the sales team to drive qualified opportunities and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute demand generation strategies for the US market.
- Generate high-quality B2B leads and drive pipeline growth.
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle from MQL to SQL conversion.
- Build and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for target US accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
- Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, webinars, and outbound channels.
- Track and optimize campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI.
Required Experience & Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B Lead & Demand Generation.
- Must have handled Full-funnel Lead Lifecycle Management.
- Must have prior experience in ITeS, BPO or BPM environments, handling B2B Sales across US.
- Strong understanding of MQL → SQL funnel management and pipeline acceleration.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Data-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
