Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts.
Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models, statistical models, and algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data and models.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and artificial intelligence.
Establish best practices for data science methodologies and processes.
Drive the deployment of models into production environments and monitor their performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with data visualization tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Solid understanding of SQL and data manipulation.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
