Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Manager will own brand messaging, digital presence, social media orchestration, website content, PR initiatives, sales enablement content, and event coordination across regions.
This is a strategic execution role requiring exceptional writing, positioning, and content leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive Delphi’s brand narrative across all external channels
- Own and manage website content, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning
- Lead social media strategy, planning, and execution across platforms
- Develop high-quality content including blogs, thought leadership articles, case studies, and sales collateral
- Drive PR initiatives, media outreach, and brand visibility campaigns
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to build impactful pitch decks and go-to-market assets
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and industry engagements
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across regions and channels
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in Marketing & Communications, preferably within Data, AI, or Technology domains
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
- Experience managing digital channels including websites and social media
- Exposure to PR, media relations, and brand-building initiatives
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High attention to detail with a strategic mindset
