Job details:
Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on GenAI, NLP, and LLMs.
• Evaluate and fine-tune open-source and proprietary LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, Cohere).
• Build and deploy NLP pipelines for tasks such as text summarization, question answering, semantic search, and text classification.
• Architect and implement custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Conduct prompt engineering and prompt tuning for specific business use cases.
• Design and implement A/B tests, experiments, and statistical analysis to measure model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, ML engineers, product managers, and domain experts.
• Contribute to research papers, technical blogs, or whitepapers representing company innovation.
• Guide and mentor junior data scientists and analysts.\
5–8 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and modern NLP architectures (e.g., Transformers, BERT, T5, GPT, etc.).
• Proficiency with Python and key ML/NLP libraries: PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Lang Chain, spaCy, NLTK, etc.
