ARINSA AI MINDS is looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer who can bridge the gap between client requirements, data strategy, market research, and delivery execution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Understand enterprise client requirements and convert them into scalable execution plans
• Identify high-potential domains, industries, and market opportunities
• Lead and manage data engineering and operations teams
• Design workflows for large-scale data processing, validation, transformation, and delivery
• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure quality, accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of projects
• Improve operational efficiency using automation and modern engineering practices
• Create scalable processes for enterprise-grade project execution
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional execution
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Data Engineering, Data Operations, or Data Platform Management
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, ETL pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Experience handling enterprise-scale data processing projects
• Good understanding of data quality, validation, governance, and delivery workflows
• Experience managing technical teams and client communication
• Strong analytical and market research mindset
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven workflows is a plus
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Databricks, Airflow, Spark, or similar technologies preferred
🔹 Contract Details:
• This is a contractual role
• Contract renewal will be reviewed every 2 months based on performance, delivery quality, and business requirements
• Selected candidate must be willing to relocate to Kolkata after the initial remote working period
• Opportunity to work on enterprise-level AI and technology projects
