Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Lead Data Analyst for an on-site role based in Noida. The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for data-driven decision-making processes, performing data analytics, creating detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Daily tasks include analyzing data trends, designing data models, creating dashboards, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders for strategy optimization. The role involves a deep understanding of data structures and the ability to translate complex data into business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficient in Data Analytics
- Knowledge of Statistics and experience with interpreting complex datasets
- Proficiency in Data Modeling techniques and tools
- Excellent Communication skills to present insights effectively to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in a data analytics or similar role
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset
