Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Lead Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional customer service for all platform users. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical and user issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer experience. You will also provide solutions to user concerns and contribute to the continuous improvement of the support process by identifying and implementing enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience and effectively address customer concerns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse user base
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Previous experience in leading customer service teams is a plus
- Familiarity with African languages, culture, or traditions is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
