Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Lead - Solutions & Platform CTV. The role involves developing and managing strategic solutions for Connected TV (CTV) platforms, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored marketing solutions. Key responsibilities include consulting with clients, executing strategies to meet customer objectives, enhancing product offerings, providing technical support, and driving business growth through sales and customer satisfaction.
Tyroo has found product-market fit in— brands moving Linear TV budgets to CTV through Digital first Agencies. The hard work of discovery is done. What we now need is someone to own, systematize, and scale that motion. This role will continue to double down towards our long term goal to democratize Tyroo.TV as a Performance Channel for brands across APAC
This is not a market-level delivery role. You will build Tyroo's Solutions & Platform — a hub that:
• Serves India as the primary delivery and solutioning market
• Creates repeatable playbooks that SEA, Korea, and Japan sales teams can sell into regional clients
• Develops new capabilities (YouTube ecosystem, measurement frameworks) that benefit all markets
• Productizes what achieves PMF so it scales without founder dependency
What You'll Do
• Design bespoke CTV/Video solutions for India clients and build exportable playbooks for SEA, KR, and JP markets
• Partner with local sales teams to respond to briefs and win business — you are the strategic and technical backbone behind every pitch
• Identify and onboard strategic capability partners (e.g. CTV & YouTube planning tools equivalents) to expand Tyroo's channel and publisher footprint
• Enable market-level sales teams to pitch Tyroo solutions without this person in the room — build battle cards, solution decks, and capability briefs that travel
• Own end-to-end delivery of sold solutions — from onboarding through execution to reporting
• Lead and elevate the existing CS and Pub BD team: install delivery standards, reporting cadence, and accountability structures
• Elevate Pub BD from reactive CPM negotiation to strategic partner development
• Establish impact and measurement frameworks that demonstrate ROI and drive repeat business and upsells
• Create solution playbooks that SEA/KR/JP salespeople can sell into Tyroo clients independently
• Run quarterly enablement sessions with market sales teams on new solutions and capabilities
• Maintain a living repository of what works, what doesn't, and what's ready to scale
• Be the primary voice of the market back to the product team — translate field learnings into structured product requirements
• Identify which solutions have achieved PMF and are ready to be productized vs. which remain bespoke
• Work with marketing to convert delivery learnings into sales enablement assets: case studies, solution one-pagers, and ROI frameworks
Experience
• 8-12 years in digital advertising, adtech, or media — with meaningful exposure to Video/CTV, Programmatic, or Performance marketing
• Has worked in a solutions, pre-sales, strategy, or partnerships role — not purely account management or pure tech
• Has built process or playbooks before — not just followed them
• Has managed or mentored junior talent — not always been a solo IC
• Familiarity with the Indian digital agency ecosystem; independent agencies a strong plus
• Exposure to YouTube, CTV platforms, or streaming ad ecosystems is a strong advantage
• Regional or multi-market experience is preferred — someone who thinks in exportable frameworks, not just local execution

• Commercially oriented — understands that solutions exist to win and retain revenue
• Technically literate — can have credible conversations with product and engineering without being an engineer
• Low ego — willing to be hands-on in delivery while thinking strategically about scale
• Thinks multi-market — naturally asks 'how do I make this exportable?' not just 'how do I deliver this?'

• This is not a pure sales role
• This is not a project manager role
• This is not a role for someone who needs a large team or heavy process to operate
