The Lead - CSR / Fundraising will be responsible for driving CSR initiatives, policy advocacy, and business development, ensuring project management, stakeholder engagement, and compliance. This leadership role involves strategizing, executing, managing, and monitoring CSR projects that align with organizational goals.
1. Project Management & Delivery
- Lead the development and execution of CSR projects
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
2. Proposal Writing, Business Development & Marketing
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for CSR initiatives and programs.
- Manage the revenue generation for flagship conferences, symposiums, workshops, and other key programs.
3. Policy Advocacy
- Representation at CSR-related government meetings, forums, and advocacy platforms.
- Maintain relationships with existing members/stakeholders and engage new members/stakeholders for expanding the network and influence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 18-20 years of project management and leadership experience, with a proven track record of handling CSR initiatives.
