Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for a Lead Creative Specialist. The role involves creating and executing innovative creative strategies, developing impactful branding concepts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality creative content. Daily tasks will include leading brainstorming sessions, crafting compelling written communication for various channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs. The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing unique marketing campaigns to elevate the Molecules Cosmetics brand.
Qualifications
- Strong Creativity Skills, with a drive to produce innovative and original concepts
- Proficiency in Creative Strategy and Branding, ensuring consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms
- Exceptional Communication skills and Writing ability to craft compelling content and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Proven experience in leading creative initiatives and campaigns in the beauty or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and collaborate effectively within a team environment
