JOB BRIEF:
An ideal candidate would be someone who has skill and interest in making a career in post-sales or Customer Success profiles and enjoy working directly with Clients and coordinating with
internal teams to deliver best results for the Client.
JOB ROLES
• Coordinate with Internal teams to track and update current campaign status.
• Coordinate with the CS team to understand the client’s directives.
• Maintain a healthy process flow and work flow with the internal teams to
ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
• Ensure that the client specifications are well understood by the internal
teams.
• Launch campaigns once received from Client or internal customer success
teams.
• Keep proper and effective track of deliverables and other details as
specified in the campaign details and timelines.
Skills:
• Excellent English skills- written and spoken
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Ability to communicate effectively.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• MS office
Qualification:
Must have completed at least higher secondary education.
Way Forward:
