Job Brief
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a background in Business Administration who is keen to build a career in Post-Sales or Customer Success. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with clients and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams to track, update, and report the status of ongoing campaigns.
Work closely with the Customer Success (CS) team to understand client requirements and directives.
Maintain smooth processes and workflows within internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Clearly communicate client specifications to internal stakeholders.
Launch campaigns received from clients or internal Customer Success teams.
Accurately monitor deliverables, deadlines, and other campaign details to ensure all commitments are met.
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Effective interpersonal and coordination skills.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Qualification
Minimum of Higher Secondary Education (Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
