Job Brief
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a background in Business Administration who is keen to build a career in Post-Sales or Customer Success. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with clients and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to track, update, and report the status of ongoing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Customer Success (CS) team to understand client requirements and directives.
- Maintain smooth processes and workflows within internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Clearly communicate client specifications to internal stakeholders.
- Launch campaigns received from clients or internal Customer Success teams.
- Accurately monitor deliverables, deadlines, and other campaign details to ensure all commitments are met.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Effective interpersonal and coordination skills.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Qualification
- Minimum of Higher Secondary Education (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
