🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Conversion Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Lead Conversion Specialist who can manage patient inquiries and improve the overall conversion process from inquiry to consultation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and track all incoming leads in the CRM
• Monitor the lead journey (Inquiry → Follow-up → Consultation → Conversion)
• Ensure timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Identify high-intent patients and guide them toward consultation bookings
• Coordinate with marketing and clinical teams to improve lead quality
• Continuously refine communication scripts and conversion strategies
Ideal Candidate
• Experience in lead management, inside sales, or CRM handling
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and improve conversion outcomes
• Preference will be given to candidates with healthcare or clinic experience
