Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Conversion Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Lead Conversion Specialist will focus on managing and optimizing lead conversion processes, analyzing data to measure effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates. The role includes working with web analytics tools, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and ensuring a seamless experience for potential customers as they transition into active clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Conversion to assess lead performance and optimize conversion processes
- Expertise in Conversion Optimization and Web Analytics to enhance lead tracking and boost client engagement
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Proactive approach to identifying and implementing new strategies for performance improvement
- Prior experience in sales, customer acquisition, or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or physiotherapy industries is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field is preferred
