When someone reaches out to Allo Health, through WhatsApp, a phone call, a website form, they're often taking a step they've been putting off for months or years. Sexual health is stigmatized. Reaching out takes courage. Every lead that doesn't become a consultation is a patient who gathered the courage and then we lost them.
Allo Health is the leader in sexual health in India, growing sustainably, expanding into mental health and STD care, at 55 clinics and scaling to 200+. We build systems that solve problems at scale, not teams that handle them one by one.
The role:
You own the systems that turn leads into consultations. Not the traffic (channel owners handle that). Not the agents (operations handles that). The systems in between: the WhatsApp chatbot that engages patients, the inbound call flow that routes and classifies, the process that makes sure nothing falls through.
You're inheriting working systems, not starting from scratch. We have dashboards, AI-driven quality evaluation (we use AI as a judge to audit every chatbot conversation), and established processes. Your job is to own them, improve them, and drive the numbers.
What you'll do:
- Own inbound call performance: measurement, quality, conversion, and product improvements.
- Own the WhatsApp chatbot: conversation design, prompt optimization, AI-driven quality audits, funnel improvement.
- Find and fix lead loss. Every point in the funnel where a patient drops off is a problem to solve.
- Drive product improvements that make the patient journey smoother.
- Work with engineering on tooling and reliability.
- Work with operations on agent enablement.
What this becomes:
You start by owning two systems. As Allo scales to 200+ clinics across multiple health categories, these systems become the backbone of patient conversion. The AI-driven approaches you build (chatbot evaluation, automated quality, intelligent routing) compound as volume grows. Your work doesn't scale linearly with clinics. It scales exponentially because the systems get smarter.
Who this is for:
- You sit at the intersection of product, data, and process. Not a pure marketer. Not a pure engineer. You read dashboards, design flows, analyze data, and drive improvements across all three.
- You're comfortable with AI. We use AI for chatbot evaluation, quality auditing, and prompt optimization. You should already be working with AI tools and excited about pushing them further.
- You think in funnels. You see a conversion rate and can't stop until you understand why it is what it is and how to improve it.
- You can work with engineers. You'll collaborate daily with engineering on tooling. You need to speak their language well enough to define what you need and iterate on the solution.
- The mission matters to you. Every lead that becomes a consultation is a patient who gets help. The systems you build directly determine how many people we reach.
- You want exponential growth in your own career. This role at 55 clinics is fundamentally different from this role at 500 clinics. The systems you build determine your own scope.
